About This Role
Digital Style House is seeking an experienced TikTok Shop Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling TikTok Shops for our direct-to-consumer and retail clients. This role combines technical shop setup, affiliate program strategy, and live commerce execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Set up and configure TikTok Shops for new and existing clients, ensuring compliance and optimization
• Develop and manage affiliate programs to drive shop traffic and sales growth
• Build and scale TikTok Live programs, including talent recruitment, brief creation, and performance tracking
• Optimize product catalog, pricing, and promotional strategies within TikTok Shop
• Create and manage creator briefs for TikTok Shop content and affiliate collaborations
• Analyze shop performance metrics and provide client reporting and optimization recommendations
• Collaborate with account management and content teams to integrate shop strategy with overall brand campaigns
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience building and launching TikTok Shops (portfolio/case studies required)
• Deep understanding of TikTok Shop mechanics, inventory management, and fulfillment options
• Experience designing and managing affiliate programs (networks, commission structures, recruitment)
• Hands-on experience building and running TikTok Live commerce programs
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret shop and affiliate performance data
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
Nice-to-Have
• Experience with other social commerce platforms (Instagram Shop, Pinterest, Shein)
• Knowledge of paid media on TikTok and audience targeting
• Experience with GHL, Stripe, or similar CRM/payment platforms
• Background in beauty, skincare, or DTC ecommerce verticals
