Responsibilities:
• Write engaging, full-length YouTube scripts (5-8 minutes) from outlines or topics
• Incorporate strong hooks, storytelling, reflective listening examples, timestamp suggestions, and optimized CTAs
• Collaborate on script revisions to match the brand voice
• Deliver scripts optimized for watch time and the YouTube algorithm with a retention-focused structure
