If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you.Requirements:Collaborates closely with designers to craft seamless customer experiencesWrites clear, accurate and compelling user interface copyCollaborates with project partners and Experience Strategy team to determine the business objectives that drive content strategyMakes recommendations on user requirements for projects and contributes to project scoping and planningObtains competitive experience evaluations and customer data and establishes benchmarks for contentDevelops and documents content creation governance and workflow as well as style, tone and voice guidelines, including recommendations around brand visionPresent content concepts in collaboration with designersWriters and designs in accordance with design systemContributes to the development of the team’s culture and quality standardsManage and administer design projectsCoordinate copy translationSkills and Experience Required:Degree in writing or designExperience in a design-related discipline (industrial design, user-centered design, visual design, design strategy, design management, human factors, psychology, human-computer interaction, etc.) is a major plusExpert writing, editing and proofreading skills, with experience writing for online required, kiosk, Voice and audio User Interface writingWealth management industry experienceUnderstanding of interactive design and usability principles and how content strategy and creation contributes to the user experienceA passion for great experience design5+ years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years in product design or creating of digital experiencesProficiency in adapting processes to meet project needsWillingness to collaborateSelf-motivated, flexible, organized, and accountableGood understanding of user-centered design and related design disciplines (experience strategy, visual design, UX writing, design research, interaction design)Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX writing abilitiesDesired:Script writing and video productionContent strategyKnowledge of online marketing, advertising and other interactive experiences#J-18808-Ljbffr
