MARKETING RESEARCHER (REMOTE)
Our client, a Fertility Brand Company, is looking for a freelance Marketing Researcher starting ASAP. This role will be fully remote, so candidates from all US markets will be considered. In this role, you will support marketing initiatives by conducting research, gathering competitive intelligence, and collecting valuable market data through direct outreach and analysis.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct research by collecting data from competitors all over the U.S.
• Make phone and video calls to gather qualitative and quantitative data
• Effectively communicate research findings through clear and concise surveys and reports
• Secret shopping calls for fertility consultations
• Research 30-40 clinics during M-F work hours, mainly in CST and EST.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience with independently executing full-cycle research
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
• Creative thinker, outgoing, and flexible
• Comfortable using a persona to collect data on competitors
• Excellent verbal communication and documentation skills, using Excel
• Competitive Research Experience is a plus
• Interest in Fertility, Egg Freezing, and IVF is a plus
