About the role They’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who thinks in strategy and executes with structure. You’ll own the marketing function end-to-end building reputed company-reputed company plans, running email campaigns, managing the CRM, developing referral and B2B partnerships, and using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and others) as force multipliers to move faster and work smarter. This is not a “post on Instagram three times a week” role. Social is one channel, not the whole job. The founders are visionary, delegate-friendly operators — they need someone structured, proactive, and process-minded who can complement them by thinking through the marketing flywheel and actually making it turn. You’ll start at 10 hours/week, with a clear path to full-time as the company scales.
