Our client, a Detroit-based digital marketing agency, has an immediate need for a REMOTE Email Marketing Specialist. The client is looking for someone to support a small, time-sensitive campaign. This is a remote, short-term engagement focused on execution and automation.
Project Overview:
The client has already developed an email marketing strategy and prepared email assets. Your role will be to handle deployment and light automation using HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and execute email sends for a list of contacts, delivered in batches
Configure and manage email sending workflows to ensure smooth delivery
Build HubSpot workflows to capture and segment users who engage with the emails
Create a new list in HubSpot for engaged/interested contacts
Ensure all submissions and tracking data are properly routed and reported
Ideal Candidate:
Experience with HubSpot email marketing and workflows
Comfortable managing small-scale, high-precision campaigns
Strong attention to detail and ability to execute quickly
Reliable and responsive during a short project window
