Key Responsibilities
• Lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of finance-related IT systems, including ERP platforms.
• Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with the finance department’s objectives and the company’s growth.
• Manage system upgrades, integrations, and ensure data integrity and security across financial platforms.
• Collaborate with finance teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Oversee system testing, user training, and provide ongoing support for finance systems.
• Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Requirements
• Proven experience in managing and implementing finance IT systems, particularly ERP solutions.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and their technological underpinnings.
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead complex system initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in IT strategy development and execution within a finance context.
