Position: GenAI CCAS Application Developer
Location: Remote (Quarterly travel to Gaithersburg, MD)
Duration: 6+ Month Contract (Strong potential for full-time conversion)
In this role, you’ll help build AI-powered customer engagement solutions using modern AWS technologies, including:
Amazon Connect & Lex V2
AWS Lambda (Python)
Amazon Bedrock & Generative AI
Amazon Q in Connect
OpenSearch & RAG pipelines
Contact Lens, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, and Git-based CI/CD
We’re looking for someone with:
2–4+ years of Python software development experience
Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and cloud-native development
Experience configuring Amazon Connect and integrating Lex V2
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation) and CI/CD
Strong communication skills and an interest in building secure AI-driven applications
