[Hiring] Account Executive – Financial Services & Capital Markets @Prevail Recruiting

Role Description

We’re building a modern intelligence platform for the financial services and capital markets ecosystem — and we’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive who knows how to win enterprise business in this world. This is not an account management role. This is a true hunter position for someone who thrives on building pipeline, creating momentum, and closing meaningful enterprise deals.


Own the full enterprise sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close


Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of institutional financial services prospects


Drive new logo acquisition across capital markets organizations


Develop strategic outreach campaigns using LinkedIn, AI tools, and modern GTM technology


Run discovery calls, product demos, and executive-level sales conversations


Partner closely with leadership to refine ICP targeting and go-to-market strategy


Attend and leverage industry conferences and events to generate pipeline opportunities


Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting inside CRM


Multi-thread relationships across operations, technology, trading, compliance, and executive stakeholders


Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets

Qualifications


5+ years of enterprise SaaS or data/intelligence platform sales experience


Experience selling into financial services, capital markets, trading, banking, fintech, or institutional investment organizations


Proven success carrying and exceeding a $1M+ annual quota


Track record of sourcing and closing new business opportunities independently


Experience managing enterprise sales cycles with average deal sizes in the $100K–$200K+ range
