We are a branding and performance agency specialized in restaurants and food service, with 20+ years of history and operations across Brazil and the US. We currently serve clients in California, Boston and Texas and are expanding into the Massachusetts market — home to one of the largest Brazilian communities in the United States.
The Role
We’re looking for a part-time local representative in the Greater Boston area (Framingham, Somerville, Allston, Cambridge corridor) to help us open doors with Brazilian restaurant owners and food service operators.
This is not a traditional sales role. You’ll be the face of CTG in your community someone who understands the culture, speaks the language, and can have an honest conversation with a restaurant owner about what’s holding their business back.
What You’ll Do
Identify and approach Brazilian restaurant owners and food service operators in Greater Boston
Introduce CTG’s services through your existing network and community presence
Qualify leads and pass them to our team for proposals and closing
Attend local business events, community gatherings, and food industry meetups when relevant
Participate in weekly alignment calls with our Brazil-based team
Who We’re Looking For
• Connected to the Brazilian community in Greater Boston
• Comfortable having commercial conversations in Portuguese and English
• Based in or regularly present in Framingham, Allston, Somerville, or Cambridge
• Interested in building a long-term relationship with a growing agency — not just a one-time gig
Why Massachusetts, Why Now
Greater Boston has the second-largest Brazilian community in the US. Most of these restaurant owners are running their marketing alone or with freelancers who don’t understand the food business. We do and we have the cases to prove it.
