Role Description The Advertising Sales Manager role is a remote, contract position responsible for driving advertising revenue and promoting Vallmont Remodeling’s services. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying prospective advertising partners, developing and presenting advertising proposals, and negotiating contracts to meet sales targets. The role involves managing a pipeline of media and promotional opportunities, collaborating with marketing to align campaigns with brand objectives, and tracking performance metrics to optimize future advertising efforts. The Advertising Sales Manager will maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, timely follow-up, and responsive customer service, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate execution of advertising commitments.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Media Sales and Sales skills to generate leads, close deals, and manage advertising partnerships.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build client relationships and provide responsive support.
• Candidates should possess solid Marketing skills to collaborate on campaign strategies and align advertising efforts with brand goals.
• Candidates should have experience in sales or account management, preferably in advertising, media, or home improvement services.
• Candidates should be comfortable working remotely, managing their own schedule, and using digital tools for meetings, reporting, and CRM.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data are beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required; equivalent experience is valued.
