AI doesn’t move forward on vision alone. It moves forward on coordination, clarity, and people who make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
We’re looking for a Technical Marketing Program Coordinator to join our AI Innovation team and help drive delivery across a portfolio of high-priority AI initiatives. Your anchor project is the Content-Agent Proof of Concept, a cross-functional effort to build and validate an AI-powered content agent that serves partner personas at scale. You’ll also play a key operational role supporting the Global Partner Marketing AI SteerCo, keeping governance running smoothly and ensuring projects assigned to its members are tracked, unblocked, and moving.
This is not a software development role. Our IT business partners own the build. You own the delivery. You are the connective tissue between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements, managing the schedule, anticipating risk, and ensuring every workstream is aligned and accountable.
If you thrive in fast-moving environments, bring sharp organizational instincts, and know enough about agentic AI to hold a fluent conversation with an engineering team, this role was written for you.
What You’ll Do
Drive Delivery of the Content-Agent Proof of Concept
Own the end-to-end delivery schedule from immediate start through the October 28 milestone, tracking progress, dependencies, and risks across all contributing teams.
Define data-source requirements that feed the content agent, ensuring inputs are clearly documented, validated, and handed off on time.
Author and curate markdown files that represent the partner personas the agent will serve, bringing business context to structured content formats.
Validate that the proof of concept meets its defined requirements and integration goals within the agent orchestrator environment.
Orchestrate Cross-Functional Execution
Coordinate delivery across IT (agent build), Content Marketing (content ownership), and Partner Sales & Operations (scaling requirements), keeping every team aligned to a single delivery timeline.
Gather, document, and communicate technical and business requirements so nothing is lost in translation between stakeholders and builders.
Proactively surface risks, blockers, and dependencies early enough to course-correct, not after slippage has occurred.
Support the development of agentic workflows that improve operational efficiency across related AI initiatives.
Support Partner Marketing AI Steering Committee (SteerCo) Operations
Coordinate AI SteerCo logistics end-to-end: organize agendas, prepare updates, track action items, and follow through on tasks assigned to SteerCo members.
Help screen incoming AI project proposals and identify connections, synergies, and sequencing opportunities across the broader AI portfolio.
Maintain clear, accessible documentation so the SteerCo always has a current view of what is in flight, what is at risk, and what decisions are needed.
What You Bring
Proven experience in technical project or program coordination. You’ve managed delivery across cross-functional teams in technology or product environments before.
Technical fluency sufficient to understand, document, and communicate requirements for AI/agent-based solutions, data pipelines, and system integrations without needing to write a single line of code.
Comfort with structured content formats, including markdown; you can work with technical documentation and turn ambiguous inputs into clean, usable outputs.
Strong stakeholder management skills across both technical and non-technical audiences — you know how to calibrate your communication and get alignment without friction.
Operational rigor: scheduling, prioritization, dependency tracking, and risk management are skills you apply daily, not occasionally.
Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, orchestration platforms, or LLM-based tooling — enough to engage credibly with the teams building these systems.
Bonus: Background in marketing technology, content operations, or a product-owner-adjacent liaison role working alongside IT or engineering teams.
Who You Are
A natural self-starter who moves work forward without waiting for direction.
Brings structure to ambiguity, momentum to stalled workstreams, and accountability to every cross-functional effort.
Operates fluently across technical and business audiences, equally at home with engineers debating integration requirements and marketers shaping content strategy.
Ramps up fast, asks the right questions, and documents with precision.
Spots risk early and arrives with a proposed path forward, not just a problem.
Earns trust through consistent, reliable follow-through, the kind teams notice and depend on.
Genuinely passionate about AI and its potential to transform how work gets done.
Brings firsthand experience applying AI tools and workflows — both personally and professionally and understands what it takes to move from experimentation to operational adoption.
