Digital Content Manager (Part Time Contractor)

Our client, a leading consumer wellness and nutrition-focused organization, is seeking a Digital Content Manager to support ongoing website and email marketing initiatives across North American and international direct-to-consumer channels.

Location: Remote

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 12 Months

Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week, flexible Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT or ET

Pay Rate: $39/hour

This is an excellent opportunity for a digital marketing professional who enjoys managing web content, collaborating across teams, and bringing marketing campaigns to life through engaging digital experiences. The role is heavily focused on web content management (approximately 70%), with additional responsibility for email marketing execution (approximately 30%).

What You’ll Do
• Partner with Marketing, Creative, Brand, Merchandising, CRM, and Technology teams to execute digital content strategies.
• Build and manage website content supporting product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns.
• Develop and execute go-to-market messaging across digital channels.
• Create detailed creative briefs and coordinate asset development with creative services teams.
• Publish and maintain homepage content, promotional banners, landing pages, navigation updates, and product detail pages.
• Support email campaign execution, promotional messaging, and customer communications.
• Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure content accuracy, functionality, and brand consistency.
• Coordinate content localization efforts for international markets.
• Monitor content performance and make recommendations to optimize digital experiences.
• Ensure all content aligns with campaign calendars, business priorities, and brand standards.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, content management, CRM, or a related field.
• Experience managing website content and email marketing campaigns.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, development, merchandising, and brand teams.
• Experience developing creative briefs and managing content production workflows.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience building web experiences that support product launches, promotional campaigns, or brand initiatives.
• Demonstrated success translating marketing strategies into engaging digital customer experiences.
• Experience within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), health, wellness, nutrition, or related industries.
• Experience working with CMS platforms and email marketing/CRM tools.
• Shopify experience is a strong plus.
• Experience supporting direct-to-consumer (DTC) businesses preferred.
