About the Opportunity
Perez Life & Legacy is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Partner to design, launch, optimize, and manage high-performing social media campaigns that generate exclusive, qualified life insurance and financial services leads.
This is not a position for someone who simply manages social media pages or sells recycled lead lists.
We are looking for a proven professional who understands how to consistently generate qualified prospects through paid social media advertising, compelling creative design, strategic messaging, and campaign optimization.
Our licensed advisors will handle all client consultations, product recommendations, and sales. Your focus is exclusively on building and managing the marketing engine that drives qualified opportunities.
What You’ll Do
• Create high-converting social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
• Design compelling ad creatives, messaging, landing pages, and lead funnels.
• Generate exclusive leads for Perez Life & Legacy.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize for improved conversion rates and lower acquisition costs.
• Test new audiences, creatives, headlines, offers, and campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop new marketing initiatives and improve overall lead quality.
• Provide campaign performance reporting and strategic recommendations.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate has:
• A proven track record generating exclusive leads within the life insurance and financial services industry.
• Demonstrated success managing profitable paid social media campaigns.
• Experience creating high-performing ad creatives and marketing funnels.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and digital lead generation strategies.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and continuously improve performance.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on measurable results.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience generating leads for products such as:
• Life Insurance
• Mortgage Protection
• Final Expense
• Indexed Universal Life (IUL)

Compensation Structure
This is an Independent Contractor (1099) opportunity.
Instead of paying for lead lists or charging a flat management fee, we believe in rewarding performance.
Qualified partners will receive 20% of the net revenue generated from clients acquired through the campaigns they manage.
Our goal is to build a long-term partnership where everyone succeeds together.
What We Are Not Looking For
• Purchased lead vendors
• Shared or recycled lead providers
• Generic social media managers
• Agencies focused primarily on vanity metrics such as likes or followers
• Individuals without documented success in financial services lead generation
