Power Platform Analyst – 255670

We are seeking a highly motivated Microsoft Power Platform Analyst to join a collaborative enterprise IT team supporting a large-scale Microsoft 365 environment. This individual will play a key role in supporting and enhancing Microsoft Power Platform solutions while providing technical guidance to end users across the organization.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both technical problem-solving and customer interaction. You’ll help troubleshoot issues, educate users, improve existing solutions, and assist in the development of new Power Platform applications and automations that drive business efficiency.

Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 technologies, including handling incoming support requests and troubleshooting user issues.
• Support enterprise users with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Assist with break/fix support, user education, and platform adoption across multiple business units.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to improve existing Power Platform solutions and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Participate in the creation, testing, and enhancement of Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
• Help maintain and optimize the Power Platform environment for performance, scalability, and usability.
• Provide guidance to non-technical users by explaining technical concepts in a clear and approachable manner.
• Support ongoing project initiatives while balancing daily operational support responsibilities.
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and best practices for Microsoft 365 services.

Required Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of experience supporting the Microsoft Power Platform within an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Microsoft Power Apps
• Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow)
• SharePoint Online
• Microsoft Teams
• Microsoft Power BI
• Experience supporting a large user population within Microsoft 365.
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem and how the applications work together.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with excellent customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience developing or enhancing Power Apps solutions.
• Experience creating or modifying Power Automate workflows.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code development principles.
• Experience helping business users understand and leverage Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Passion for learning new Microsoft technologies and improving business processes through automation.
