Product Marketing Engineer

OverviewThis is a hybrid technical + commercial role designed for an engineer who enjoys customer interaction, communication, and business development more than pure design or lab work.You’ll play a key role in helping bring advanced power electronics and infrastructure solutions to market-working closely with engineering early on to understand the technology, and then translating that into clear, compelling messaging for customers and external stakeholders.This is an ideal opportunity for an engineer looking to transition into product marketing, sales engineering, or business development while staying close to the technology.What You’ll Be DoingLearn and develop a strong understanding of complex power and electrical technologies by working closely with engineering teamsTranslate technical capabilities into customer-facing messaging, presentations, and value propositionsSupport customer engagement efforts, including meetings, technical discussions, and solution positioningPartner heavily with marketing communications teams to shape external messaging, content, and campaignsContribute to business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and supporting growth initiativesHelp communicate product positioning across multiple markets and applicationsTravel (~30%) to customer sites and internal locations across the U.S.What They’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical strongly preferred, but flexible)~1-6 years of experience in engineering, applications, or technical-facing rolesStrong interest in customer interaction, product marketing, or business developmentAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiencesComfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing teamsMotivated to move into a more commercial, outward-facing role
