About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and self-motivated Business Development Executive to help us grow our social media marketing agency by generating qualified leads and closing new clients.

This is a 100% commission-based remote role, ideal for someone who enjoys sales, relationship building, and has the confidence to connect with businesses through cold outreach, networking, and referrals. Success in this role means consistently bringing in qualified prospects, building lasting client relationships, and contributing directly to the agency’s growth.

Responsibilities

– Identify and connect with potential clients who need social media marketing services.
– Generate leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email, networking, and other outbound channels.
– Schedule discovery calls with qualified prospects.
– Understand client needs and present relevant marketing solutions.
– Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
– Build long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
– Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
– Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
– Keep CRM and sales records accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

– Previous experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or account management is preferred.
– Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
– Comfortable with cold outreach and initiating conversations with potential clients.
– Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
– Self-disciplined, proactive, and results-oriented.
– Experience selling digital marketing or social media marketing services is a strong advantage.
– Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and outreach tools is a plus.
– Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
