**Objectives of This Role
β’ Spearhead the development and management of our business channels, identifying new opportunities for growth within tech and adjacent sectors.
β’ Lead and hands on EXECUTE marketing strategy and ad campaigns
β’ Prepare business proposals and presentations that generate new partnerships and opportunities, focusing on tech innovations and digital creators.
β’ Stay ahead of market trends and customer needs, developing a robust sales pipeline aligned with our strategic goals.
β’ Analyze competitive landscapes to inform growth strategies and market positioning.
β’ Foster team motivation, monitor performance, and report on key metrics to the leadership team.
**Key Responsibilities
β’ Identify and engage with potential business partners, managing the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
β’ Formulate and execute outbound sales and business development strategies, establishing best practices and sales processes.
β’ Keep abreast of industry trends, regularly consulting with the leadership team to refine our business strategy.
β’ Coordinate proposal responses, manage content creation, and negotiate deal terms to maximize business value.
β’ Engage in continuous learning and networking to maintain professional knowledge and enhance our business development efforts.
**Required Skills and Qualifications
β’ Demonstrated expertise in lead generation on Salesforce, Freshworks or HubSpot, B2B sales, and negotiation.
β’ Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
β’ Experienced in sales techniques; retail background is advantageous.
β’ Skilled in data analysis, forecasting, and budget management.
β’ Proficient in O365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
β’ Proven competency in planning and resource management.
**Preferred Skills
β’ Knowledge of the mobile app development lifecycle and industry insights.
β’ A keen interest in tech innovations and digital market trends.
β’ Experience with CRM software, preferably Freshworks and FreshCaller.
β’ Strong presentation skills and the ability to think on your feet.
