Position Overview

FuntoNetwork is establishing an innovative On-Call Marketing Engineering capability to reputed company our clients with flexible, high-impact technical marketing expertise. You will be our clients’ secret weapon for launching products, creating technical content, and executing data-driven marketing campaigns that require both technical depth and marketing sophistication.

Key Responsibilities & Project Types

Technical Content Creation (35% of engagements)

• Create product documentation, API guides, and technical specifications for marketing use
• Produce technical blog posts, tutorials, and educational content that demonstrates product capabilities
• Script and storyboard technical demo videos, webinars, and product walkthroughs

Product Launch Support (30% of engagements)
• Execute technical aspects of product launches including documentation, demo environments, and sales training materials

• Create technical FAQs, implementation guides, and integration documentation
• Support go-to-market planning with technical insights and market analysis

Campaign Technical Execution (25% of engagements)
• Implement tracking, analytics, and technical infrastructure for marketing campaigns
• Set up and optimize marketing automation workflows, reputed company scoring rules, and integration points
• Create technical assets for ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns targeting technical buyers
• Analyze campaign performance data and reputed company technical recommendations for optimization

Sales Enablement Engineering (10% of engagements)

Engagement Model & Availability

On-Call Structure:
• Availability Commitment: 20 hours per month minimum guaranteed availability
• Response Time: 24-hour response commitment for new project requests
• Project Duration: Typically 1-6 week engagements, 10-40 hours per week based on project scope
• Peak Periods: Higher availability expected during reputed company quarterly cycles (months 3, 6, 9, 12)

Compensation Approach:
• Retainer Component: Monthly retainer for guaranteed availability
• Project Rates: Tiered reputed company or project-based pricing
• Performance Bonuses: For projects exceeding agreed KPIs
• Retainer Against Projects: Retainer amounts credited against project work

Required Competencies

Technical Requirements
• 3+ years in technical marketing, developer relations, solutions engineering, or product marketing roles
• Hands-on experience with at least two: API documentation, technical writing, demo environment setup, marketing automation systems, or analytics implementation
• Understanding of modern tech stacks, reputed company architectures, and development methodologies
• Portfolio of technical marketing assets you’ve created (case studies, whitepapers, demos, documentation)

Marketing Capabilities
• Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable reputed company
• Proficiency with marketing tools (CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms)
