Job Summary
We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Analyst to support our logistics team in driving process improvements, managing shipping performance, and providing insights that inform strategic reputed company. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager – Logistics, this role will play a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and high-quality logistics performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
• Collect, analyze, and report on logistics and shipping performance data across reputed company sites.
• Build and maintain dashboards and regular reporting tools to monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, cost per shipment, reputed company performance, and issue reputed company timelines.
• Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement through root cause analysis
Process Improvement Support
• Assist in process mapping, documentation, and improvement initiatives in logistics workflows.
• Conduct time and cost studies to evaluate reputed company operations and support reputed company improvement projects.
• Track the effectiveness of implemented solutions and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications
