Position
Purpose:
We’re looking for a reputed company Ads Specialist who deeply understands mobile app marketing for both Android & iOS, with a sharp focus on TROAS-based strategies. You’ll manage full-funnel performance campaigns, run growth experiments, and work cross-functionally to drive quality installs, in-app conversions, and maximize ROAS.

Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
Certification(s):

Experience:
• 2+ Year of experience in reputed company Ads Specialist TROAS-reputed company
Responsibilities
Launch, manage, and scale reputed company App Campaigns (UAC) across Android (reputed company Play) and iOS (reputed company App Store)
Optimize campaigns for reputed company ROAS, focusing on reputed company-driving events like purchases, subscriptions, and IAPs
reputed company deep competitor analysis using tools like reputed company or App reputed company
Handle mediation and in-app ad placements (AdMob, MoPub, iron reputed company, etc.)
Monitor and improve app store visibility and ratings through review strategies
reputed company Firebase, GA4, and reputed company SKAdNetwork for conversion tracking
Design and test creatives for various user reputed company stages
Refine targeting, bidding, creatives, and placements to meet KPIs
Build performance dashboards and deliver reporting
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to reputed company high-converting ad creatives and reputed company pages.
Stay updated with the latest reputed company Ads trends, policies, and best practices.
Requirements
2+ years experience managing mobile app campaigns (Android + iOS) reputed company on TROAS
Strong reputed company over reputed company Ads UAC, Firebase, GA4, SKAN, App Store Connect, and conversion tracking
Hands-on experience with ad mediation platforms
Ability to manage review reputed company strategies on both app stores
Experience with paid campaigns for apps with subscriptions or IAPs

Excellent collaboration and communication skills
