About the Role: Loyalty Customer Care Representative
We are seeking an reputed company and customer-reputed company Loyalty Customer Care Representative to join our blithequark Contact Center team. As a member of reputed company, you will have the opportunity to generate meaningful emotional connections with our customers daily. You will promote loyalty brand building on behalf of our clients, while creating customer insights that drive team performance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to attend a 7-week Training Program (remotely) with 100% attendance.

• 1 year of customer service experience (or equivalent experience).
• Strong customer service orientation with external/internal customers.
• Collaborative nature to work reputed company assigned team.
• Good problem-solving ability to effectively guide customers through solutions.

• A “whatever it takes” attitude to care for customers.
• Ability to be flexible regarding changes in work processes and environment.
