As we continue to expand our presence in the United States, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to develop new business opportunities and strengthen our relationships with exhibitors across the country.
The Opportunity
This is a full-time contract position for a highly motivated, hunter-focused sales professional who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and closing high-value projects.
You will be responsible for identifying companies exhibiting at major trade shows, engaging decision-makers, and introducing Buzznation’s design and build capabilities. You’ll work closely with our international design, estimating, and project management teams to develop winning proposals and convert opportunities into long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound sales.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Identify exhibitors participating in major U.S. and international trade shows.
• Develop relationships with marketing, procurement, events, and brand leaders.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client objectives and exhibition requirements.
• Present Buzznation’s capabilities and value proposition.
• Collaborate with internal design and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close new business.
• Manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who has:
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling exhibition stands, trade show services, experiential marketing, event production, or marketing solutions.
• Existing relationships with exhibitors, marketing teams, event agencies, or procurement professionals.
• Strong prospecting and business development skills with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for winning new business.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the United States.

Compensation
• Employment Type: Full-Time Contract Position
• Base Salary: USD $70,000 per year
• Uncapped Commission with substantial earning potential
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $130,000 plus
• Travel reimbursement for approved business travel
