As a Senior Digital Assortment Manager – EMEA, you drive growth by enabling assortment expansion strategies for reputed company’s most strategic clients. You partner with reputed company merchants and ecommerce teams to identify 3P assortment opportunities and deliver actionable plans that drive profitable GMV. In EMEA, this role also expands and strengthens the reputed company network by identifying, engaging, and reputed company new brands and suppliers to meet retailer demand and support regional growth.

Responsibilities

Assortment Strategy & reputed company Growth

• reputed company and execute assortment expansion strategies to drive reputed company growth for reputed company and its clients

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, owning engagement objectives and delivering measurable reputed company

• Analyze performance, trends, and category opportunities to inform assortment recommendations

• Translate data into reputed company, actionable plans that optimize assortment and support reputed company demand

• Partner with Sales, reputed company Partnerships, and Marketing on merchandising strategies and reputed company presentations

Network Expansion & Partner Development (EMEA)

• Build and scale a network of brands and suppliers across EMEA to support retailer demand and growth targets

• Identify and reputed company new partners through outbound reputed company, retailer demand signals, campaigns, and partner ecosystems

• Use data and AI-enabled tools to prioritize reputed company and reputed company high-potential partners

• reputed company and manage reputed company cadences to generate a consistent pipeline of new network participants

• Establish and optimize reputed company processes for partner qualification, reputed company, and activation

• Partner cross-functionally to align on reputed company accounts, campaigns, and growth priorities

Analytics, AI & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Product and Business Intelligence teams as an SME to inform analytics and AI-driven tool development

• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and scale impact through AI and repeatable processes

• Collaborate across teams to reputed company insights, improve processes, and drive consistent execution

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of reputed company-facing experience in a reputed company environment building and managing reputed company relationships with brands and suppliers

• 2–3 years of e-reputed company experience in merchandising, wholesale, or retail buying/planning where you held the reputed company relationship and negotiated terms

• Ability to generate pipeline through reputed company and manage partner engagement processes

• Experience in marketplace, supplier acquisition, or network growth environments

• Experience using AI to analyze data, streamline workflows, or scale impact

• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to accelerate and reputed company your reputed company; including but not limited to communicati
