BEPC Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to support administrative, documentation, and training-reputed company activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• reputed company a wide reputed company of administrative duties, including composing and preparing correspondence
• Create, issue, track, and maintain Service Dongles for system reputed company
• Collaborate with Technical Publications and Training teams on documentation validation and publishing
• Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including training audits, overdue lists, and reporting
• Analyze training surveys and prepare reports using Cornerstone LMS
• Assist with scheduling and attending meetings as needed
• Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and proactively follow through on assignments
• Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and safeguard company information and assets
Skills
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage both independent and team-based administrative projects
• Experience with reputed company, Cornerstone LMS, reputed company, or Sentinelle
• Prior experience in administrative or project-based support roles
