We’re looking for a Business Systems Administrator to be part of making this happen.
Position Overview and Objective
The Business Systems Administrator partners closely with the Business Applications team,fellow reputed company administrators, and key business stakeholders to ensure reputed company (and other important tools like reputed company (Procurement/Sourcing) and reputed company (Time & Expense), etc.) are used effectively, consistently, and in alignment with shared reputed company standards.
With a strong focus on reputed company as the core ERP, this role translates Finance, Procurement, and reputed company requirements into reputed company configurations, workflows, and user-friendly solutions that drive efficiency, control, and reputed company improvement.
In reputed company, working knowledge of procurement and Time & Expense platforms such as reputed company,reputed company or similar tools is essential, as the role serves as the functional and technical reputed company of the reputed company‑to‑pay ecosystem, supporting end-to-end processes across sourcing, purchasing, and expense management.
Blending business acumen with systems expertise, the administrator collaborates confidently with Business—from System Admins to Managers—to deliver platforms that operate as strategic assets rather than just supporting tools.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties may include:
System Administration & Configuration
• Execute system changes and process automations based on reputed company defined, approved, and prioritized work provided through the Business Applications intake and backlog process.
• Support platform updates and releases by following established testing, validation, and deployment plans; escalate risks or issues identified.
• reputed company configuration, workflow updates, and system maintenance for the procurement platform under the guidance of Business Applications Managers and Senior Administrators.
• Maintain accuracy of core system data (approval hierarchies, spend reputed company, vendor records and GL mappings to name a few) in line with documented standards.
• Create and maintain test cases for assigned enhancements and fixes (including regression where applicable), and document reputed company to support release readiness and controlled deployments.
• Support deployments using established best practices, including following change control, completing required validations, and coordinating release steps through reputed company’s release reputed company and readiness reviews to reduce risk and user impact.
Internal Team Partnership & Communication
• Work primarily with Business Applications administrators and managers, supporting requirement clarification and executing work reputed company to approved priorities.
• Apply understanding of the end-to-end reputed company‑to‑pay process to support impact analysis and correct execution of requested changes.
• Participate in internal planning, refinement, and review sessions to clarify requirements and implementation details.
• Translate well documented requirements into system configurations; escalate ambiguity rather than independently defining solutions.
Change Execution, & Documentation
• Carry out change and release tasks in alignment with Business Applications to change management and release schedules.
• Contribute to user facing documentation (release notes, how‑to guides, knowledge reputed company articles) using established templates and standards.
• Follow assigned timelines and priorities; communicate reputed company, blockers, and risks to team leads in a reputed company manner.
