Individual contributor responsible for owning master data within our PLM system to support end-to-end product development process and proper execution of products. Must understand garment construction, bill of materials (BOM) and product specification package. Demonstrates a passion for the brand and relies on ingenuity to plan and accomplish goals

POSITION DETAIL
S:· Product Coordinators support Centric seasonal folder creations for teams’ seasonal libraries and trackin
g.· Color code creation and maintenance of vendor selected colors for RM developmen
t.· Color codes creation and maintenance of prints, graphics and washes for development, strike offs and trackin
g.· Colorway code creation and maintenance as per guardrails for Style BOM, sample creation & tracking, bulk production, PO tracking, Merchant adoptions & for data feeding into the websit
e.· Export Merchants Assortment Tool report to reconcile against Centric dat
a.· Style management including carrying over styles, moving and dropping styles as assortment progresses for all teams reporting and tracking and vendor developmen
t.· Filling out BOMs with color per each product component by colorway as per guardrails for lab dips, costing, sample creation, bulk production, and color commit
s.· Able to manage 2500 colorways per seaso
n.· Add color codes on Design’s linesheets for all teams trackin
g.· Manage multiple categories at a tim
e.· Understand Milestone meetings cadences, support existing processes and meet calendarized pass off deadlines on tim
e.· Support product assortment changes, action and send post meeting recaps, follow ups and completion email
s.· Attend weekly deliverables and Cross Functional touch base meeting
s.· Attend and conduct LIVE BOM review meetings for Color Blitz and Details milestone
