You will be connecting with individuals who have requested information, helping them understand the next steps and guiding suitable candidates through an established discovery process.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate enquiries using approved digital platforms and marketing strategies
• Follow up with individuals who have requested further information
• Conduct brief initial discovery conversations
• Provide clear information and guide suitable people through the next steps
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-up activity
• Participate in ongoing professional development and online training
• Work independently while remaining connected with a supportive global team
About You
You may be a good fit if you:
• Have experience in client engagement, business development, sales, recruitment or customer service
• Communicate professionally and confidently by phone and online
• Are organised, dependable and comfortable working independently
• Can commit approximately 15–20 hours per week
• Are willing to learn and follow an established business process
• Are open to a non-traditional, performance-based structure
