What You’ll Do
• Create Instagram/TikTok content (Reels, posts, stories)
• Develop creative content ideas and growth strategies
• Build Perf’s online community

Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity. There is no fixed salary or hourly pay. You will earn a commission for each booking you help generate through content, social media, and growth initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from the ground up and wants direct upside tied to the growth they help create.
