Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic eCommerce WooCommerce Developer with extensive prior firearm website experience in configuring and optimizing firearm-related websites. Customer has printed paths to stacking- You are basically assembling and doing 10 landing pages with theme, some add ons, FFL Cockpit deluxe, config pay gateway, plug in license keys and config distributors, some existing inventory, Gunbroker, etc,
We will use cloud ways, digital ocean,liquid web- and point domain name cheap to host. Sets up WP rocket and Cloud flare to host. Use all light framework via Astra or Generate Press
Duties
• Develop, customize, and configure WooCommerce plugins and themes to enhance website functionality tailored for firearm e-commerce needs
• Implement responsive web design projects ensuring optimal performance across all devices using HTML, CSS, SCSS, and JavaScript frameworks
• Integrate third-party APIs such as RESTful APIs, SOAP, GraphQL, and custom web services to enable real-time data exchange and improve user experience
• Manage database systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, intwgrating all required email, to customers and then marketing email to
• Utilize containerization tools like Docker and automate deployment processes with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions for efficient software releases
• Collaborate within Agile software development environments .
Requirements
• Proven experience developing web applications with WooCommerce, WordPress, PHP, JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React), TypeScript, and MVC architecture
• Strong knowledge of front-end development including HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS), Bootstrap, UI/UX principles, and developing responsive design projects
• Hands-on experience with server management using Linux environments, Tomcat or Azure cloud services for deployment and scaling
• Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB; proficiency in SQL queries and data visualization techniques
• Cloudfare and Amazon ses, wp mailsmtp
• Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins or GitHub for automation; version control systems such as Git or SVN
• Ability to develop scalable solutions for e-commerce platforms with SEO optimization strategies for enhanced visibility
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong communication abilities; capable of working with a fast deadline.
Pay: $45.00 – $55.00 per hour
