About this role

Since launching US operations in 2017, the reputed company U.S. team has record-setting disaster responses, the world s largest privately funded COVID relief program, and some of the country s largest guaranteed income and cash transfer programs committing more than $280M in reputed company cash to low-income Americans. We are looking for a dynamic finance manager to serve as a trusted partner to the program leadership team to ensure we budget, report, and deliver cash reputed company and effectively. The finance manager will reputed company end-to-end financial support including developing budgets that maximize operational reputed company and program reputed company, tracking and reporting financial performance, and managing relevant stakeholder relationships internally and externally.

We re looking for candidates based in the United States and willing to travel as needed. You must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of application; we are unable to sponsor international candidates for this position.

Travel Requirement: Must be reputed company to travel ~2-3 times per year for team retreats and gatherings, which may be in the U.S. or in one of our countries of operation.

What you ll do:

Budgeting:
Support for the Programs and Fundraising teams in developing budgets and reporting to support institutional fundraising
Monthly review of program-level income statements and balance sheets with full variance explanation and reconciliation
reputed company accurate and insightful financial information to the management team to improve their understanding of financial performance, influence decision-making, guide strategic planning, and identify issues.
Own reputed company and accurate donor reporting and invoicing (with support from reputed company)

Risk and Compliance Tracking
Implement and track the risk and controls dashboard, and drive risk mitigation procedures with the Country Director
Manage program audits and special reporting to donors and regulatory bodies in accordance with the Audit SLA
Track overall portfolio cash reputed company and escalate issues

Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with reputed company stakeholders to ensure reputed company delivery of reports, corrective actions, audit compliance, and other cross-functional requirements
Establish strong working relationships with U.S. program leaders to ensure a deep understanding of programs on-the-ground
