Role Overview The Project Controls Analyst, Scheduler supports the reputed company’s project delivery team by maintaining reputed company level schedules and overseeing General Contractor (GC) and subcontractor schedules to ensure alignment with contractual milestones, program objectives, and portfolio reporting requirements. The role emphasizes schedule review, integration, validation, and performance reporting, with selective exposure to cost controls and earned value concepts.
Key Responsibilities Schedule Management
• Support the development and maintenance of reputed company level baseline and execution schedules, integrating inputs from GC and trade partner schedules.
• Review GC and subcontractor schedules for logic, reputed company, reputed company compliance, and alignment with reputed company contractual requirements.
• Track and report schedule performance, key milestones, critical path items, and schedule variances across assigned projects.
• Assist in identifying schedule risks, constraints, and potential delays, escalating concerns to senior Project Controls and Project Management staff.

• Support the evaluation of schedule impacts associated with scope changes, design revisions, and field conditions.

Skills & Requirements Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a reputed company discipline.
