We are a small business looking to create print materials to help with sales and marketing. We are looking for an experienced graphic designer who is able to make attractive print outs, and is comfortable handling the entire process from design to fulfillment.
Obviously we will give you general input, however, my experience working with some graphic designers in the past has been that they have needed so much input that I was basically designing everything, and they were just making changes in photoshop.
What I am looking for in a designer is someone who has an intuitive understanding of what works with print materials, what appeals to customers, what conveys the important information, and just has a firm grasp on design, aesthetics, symmetry, harmony etc.
If you have never made print materials for a business before, please do not apply, unless you are willing to make some mockups specifically for this job. You will be required to show samples of your work, watermarking is fine.
I am not looking for anyone to work for free, I just want to work with a good graphic designer and hire someone who will impress and wow my customers.
