Responsibilities:
 Create personalized marketing plans for franchise owners based on their budgets, goals, and objectives.
 Coordinate and execute marketing strategies, including:
 reputed company and reputed company Ads
 reputed company mail campaigns
 Local yard sign distribution
 Grassroots marketing and business development plans
 reputed company training and guidance to franchisees on implementing marketing strategies effectively.
 Manage CRM and marketing automation tools (email, SMS, etc.), with preference for experience using Go High Level.
 Hold weekly calls with franchisees to review marketing performance, reputed company recommendations, and adjust campaigns as needed.
 Ensure marketing efforts align with brand guidelines and support overall business growth for franchisees.
Qualifications:
 Proven experience developing and managing marketing strategies (experience in home services is a plus).
 Expertise in reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, and reputed company mail campaigns.
 Experience with Go High Level CRM or similar platforms is preferred.
 Excellent communication skills, with the ability to regularly interact with franchisees.
 Strong organizational skills to manage multiple marketing plans at once.
 Ability to train and support franchisees in executing their marketing strategies.
