About the Opportunity
I am recruiting participants for an IRB-approved doctoral research study exploring employees’ lived experiences with digital transformation in technology-driven organizations in California.
Please note: This is an unfunded academic research study. Participation is entirely voluntary, and **no financial compensation is available.
Eligibility
You may be eligible if you:
• Are 18 years of age or older.
• Use English as your primary working language.
• Are currently employed full-time in California.
• Have directly experienced a technology-driven change initiative as an end-user (such as the implementation of new software, AI tools, platforms, or automated systems) within the past 12 months that affected your day-to-day job responsibilities and workflows.
Purpose of the Study
The purpose of this research is to better understand how employees experience technology-driven workplace change, including factors related to adaptation, leadership, and technology alignment.
What Participation Involves
• A confidential, one-on-one Zoom interview.
• Approximately 60 minutes, including 6 screening questions followed by 11 open-ended questions about your firsthand experience with technology-driven change in the workplace.
• Optional member checking (reviewing a summary of your interview), which takes approximately 10–15 additional minutes.
Confidentiality
Participation is completely voluntary. You may decline to answer any question or withdraw from the study at any time without penalty. All responses will remain confidential, and no identifying information will be included in any publications or reports.
