Aquent is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager for an enterprise consulting engagement with a prominent global biotech brand. In this temporary role, you will serve as a vital link between high-level marketing strategy and flawless creative execution. Bringing deep expertise in marketing and creative operations, you will act as an intelligent, day-to-day partner to campaign managers—ensuring every marketing deliverable aligns with the creative brief, supports the broader go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and tracks successfully across creative, digital, print, and event channels.
As an embedded consultant, you will provide the clarity, consistency, and operational rigor needed to drive excellence across complex, cross-functional programs. This is an execution-heavy, high-velocity assignment where you will seamlessly balance macro-level process frameworks with deep, tactical delivery. We are looking for a consultative professional who thrives in fast-moving workflows and can plug into an existing team to deliver immediate impact on day one.
What You’ll Do
• Campaign Delivery: Own the end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, translating business strategy into scoped, resourced, and creative execution across web, social, digital, print, and event channels.
• Stakeholder Management: Lead meetings and communications for high-visibility campaigns, major events, and product launches, navigating complex stakeholder feedback with clarity and composure.
• Strategic Execution: Connect cross-functional silos, identify workflow gaps, anticipate project bottlenecks, and proactively flag risks early to ensure all deliverables cross the finish line on time.
• Lifecycle Project Management: Shepherd initiatives from initial intake and creative kick-off through final delivery and post-operational archiving—including project plans, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
• High-Volume Oversight: Manage a high-velocity slate of simultaneous projects, ranging from single tactical assets to large-scale, multi-touchpoint marketing programs.
• Process Optimization: Partner with internal business teams to set clear execution expectations, communicate regular timeline updates, and contribute to the evolution of operational processes (including expanding AI tooling and automation).
What You’ll Bring
• Experience: 8–10 years of dedicated program or project management experience within marketing operations or fast-paced creative agency environments. (Experience in regulated or technical spaces is a plus, but not required).
• Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing campaigns, creative briefs, multi-faceted digital tactics, and the creative asset lifecycle.
• System Fluency: Strong working knowledge of enterprise project management platforms such as Workfront, Wrike, or Airtable.
• Consultative Agility: Comfort operating as an embedded contract resource who can quickly absorb new workflows with minimal onboarding and ramp up immediately.
• Alignment Capabilities: Proven ability to drive consensus across matrixed teams and translate complex creative feedback into actionable next steps.
What Will Make You Stand Out
• Resilience to Change: You are energized by evolving business processes, shifting frameworks, and reprioritized deliverables.
• Ambiguity Management: You can successfully drive execution even when navigating missing scope, slipped milestones, or unclear initial ownership.
• Composure Under Pressure: You easily identify priority workflows during high-volume periods without sacrificing creative quality or detail.
• Process-Driven Mindset: You genuinely enjoy helping to optimize and build operational processes rather than just following a pre-existing script.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $65 to $80 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
