We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter who thrives in the fast-paced world of staffing and has a proven track record recruiting top creative and marketing talent. If you’ve built strong relationships with candidates, enjoy managing multiple searches simultaneously, and know what it takes to fill hard-to-find creative roles, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities.
• Recruit, interview, and place creative and marketing professionals across a variety of industries.
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of highly qualified creative and marketing talent.
• Partner with sales and account management teams to understand client hiring needs and deliver exceptional talent quickly.
• Conduct candidate interviews, evaluate skills and cultural fit, and present top candidates to clients.
• Negotiate offers, manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity within the ATS/CRM (Bullhorn).
• Stay informed on hiring trends, market conditions, and compensation within the creative and marketing space.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of recruiting experience within a staffing agency environment.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for creative and marketing positions.
• Experience in filling roles such as:
Graphic Designers
Art Directors
Copywriters
Creative Directors
Marketing Managers
Digital Marketing Specialists
Brand Managers
Social Media Managers
UX/UI Designers
Content Strategists
Project Managers
Marketing Coordinators
• Strong sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
• Experience with Bullhorn or similar ATS/CRM platforms.
