Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Remote with the ability to travel to the Atlanta office quarterly and as needed for team meetings.
Preference: Candidates located in the Atlanta area are preferred. Open to remote candidates within the CST and EST time zones.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead and own complex Salesforce development initiatives across our organization. In this role, you will partner closely with Salesforce Administrators, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with creative problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences. You should have deep experience customizing the Salesforce platform, developing Lightning Web Components, building Apex solutions, and integrating Salesforce with external systems. Candidates must have hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and business stakeholders to gather requirements, validate technical approaches, and deliver effective solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms using Salesforce APIs and custom APIs.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolution with clear communication and documentation.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and test classes for all custom development.
• Support and enhance user experiences by applying UX/UI best practices within the Salesforce platform.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Salesforce architecture, performance, and scalability.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.

• Sales Cloud
• Service Cloud
• Experience Cloud
• Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex)
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML
• Salesforce APIs and integrations
• Visual Studio Code
• Strong business analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience conducting code reviews and enforcing development best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce.
• Experience working across multiple Salesforce Clouds.
• Knowledge of Salesforce AI and Einstein capabilities.
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles and web application best practices.
• Experience designing complex integrations and scalable Salesforce solutions.
