We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst or Product Owner with a strong background in enterprise Java and React application development. The role will support projects using Java, PrimeReact, Kubernetes, APIs, and microservices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
• Manage and refine the product backlog
• Coordinate UAT, testing feedback, and system validation
• Support the complete SDLC from requirements through deployment
• Work closely with business users, developers, SMEs, and project managers
• Support ADA compliance during testing and QA
• Assist with Jira task management, system documentation, training, and demonstrations
Required Qualifications:
• 10–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner
• Experience working in enterprise Java and React environments
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, APIs, microservices, and UI/UX principles
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
• Strong Jira and Confluence experience
• Experience with UAT, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog management
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
• Business Analyst certifications
• ADA compliance experience
• Java, PrimeReact, and Kubernetes project experience
