Caban Global Reach Private Equity (“CGRPE”) is seeking one ambitious investment professional to join the firm as a Candidate General Partner – Investor Relations & Capital Formation.
This opportunity is designed for someone who has already demonstrated the ability to build investor relationships, originate investment opportunities, and participate in successfully closing private investment transactions—but who is still hungry to build something of lasting value.
We are not looking for someone seeking another corporate title or the largest guaranteed salary.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial professional who wants to work directly with the Managing Partner, help shape the firm’s capital formation strategy, and earn a meaningful long-term position within the General Partner through performance, trust, and shared success.

The Opportunity
The successful candidate will help develop and execute the firm’s capital formation strategy while cultivating long-term relationships with family offices, sophisticated private investors, registered investment advisers, private wealth professionals, institutional investors, and other qualified investors.
This is a relationship-driven role for someone who believes ownership, contribution, and long-term value creation can be more rewarding than conventional employment.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
• Have prior experience introducing, structuring, or participating in closing private investment opportunities.
• Have already developed meaningful relationships within the investment community.
• Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain a qualified investor network.
• Be entrepreneurial, self-motivated, disciplined, and highly relationship-driven.
• Possess strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrate exceptional integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
• Be ambitious enough to help build a private equity firm—not simply work for one.
Responsibilities
• Help lead the firm’s capital formation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain long-term investor relationships.
• Identify and engage qualified prospective investors.
• Participate in investor meetings and presentations.
• Assist in refining fundraising strategy and investor communications.
• Represent the firm professionally at meetings, conferences, and industry events.
• Work directly with the Managing Partner on the firm’s long-term growth strategy.
• Contribute to the continued development of the firm’s culture, reputation, and long-term enterprise value.
Compensation & Partnership Path
Compensation is intentionally structured to align long-term interests and reward measurable contribution.
