The Opportunity:We are currently partnered with a leading digital infrastructure company that is seeking an Associate to support financing activities, investor engagement, and strategic growth initiatives within AI infrastructure and GPU deployment. This individual will play a key role in executing capital markets transactions, supporting fundraising efforts, and helping build an institutional-quality investment platform.The role offers significant exposure to structured finance, fundraising, corporate development, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, highly analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where responsibilities extend beyond a traditional job description.
