ABOUT BRANDSONIA
Brandsonia Marketing Agency is building the sales side of its Rooted Concierge offer, a boutique service ecosystem designed for aligned business owners and founders who need stronger brand foundation, strategic growth direction, and client acquisition support.
We work with service-based founders and value thoughtful, inclusive communication. The right person must be comfortable representing a brand that supports diverse founders, including LGBTQIA+ and Black-owned businesses.
ROLE OVERVIEW
This role is focused on qualified discovery and strategy conversations. Cold prospecting is not the core responsibility. As the pipeline grows, calls may come through Brandsonia’s opener, outreach systems, referral sources, events, and approved lead generation channels.
We are looking for a closer who can diagnose needs, guide the sales conversation, protect the brand tone, and help aligned prospects understand whether the Rooted Concierge Pilot Program is the right next step.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
– Conduct virtual discovery and strategy calls with qualified prospects.
– Diagnose business growth gaps and identify where the Rooted Concierge framework can create strategic value.
– Present the offer clearly using approved messaging and scope.
– Guide prospects through questions, objections, and next steps professionally and ethically.
– Close aligned clients while maintaining Brandsonia’s approved pricing, scope, and payment policies.
– Document call outcomes, objections, follow-ups, next steps, and enrollment status in the CRM within 24 hours.
– Coordinate a clean handoff after enrollment so onboarding begins smoothly.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
Not aggressive pressure closing. The prospect should feel understood, not pushed.
Not freelance improvisation. Pricing, scope, discounts, guarantees, and payment terms require founder approval.
Not undocumented selling. Sales conversations, notes, follow-ups, and handoffs must live inside the approved CRM process.
STRONG CANDIDATE PROFILE
– Experience in consultative sales, high-ticket sales, B2B sales, agency sales, coaching/consulting sales, wellness sales, or service-based offers.
– Confident speaking with founders, owners, and decision-makers.
– Strong listening, relationship-building, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
– Able to use GoHighLevel or a similar CRM, or willing to adapt quickly.
– Organized, self-motivated, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable in a growing startup environment.
– Values clean documentation, respectful communication, and ethical persuasion.
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
This is an independent contractor, commission-based, performance-driven opportunity. Your earning potential grows directly with the clients successfully sold and onboarded for Rooted Concierge: the more aligned clients you close and move through onboarding, the more you earn. The full compensation structure and contract terms will be discussed during the alignment conversation.

Pay: $26,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
