The Data Management team is responsible for developing, governing, and operationalizing IQVIA Digital’s industry-leading healthcare and consumer data assets, which serve as the foundation for our products, analytics, business intelligence, and AI-enabled solutions. Working closely with Product and Technology teams, the organization ensures the quality, integrity, security, and scalability of data across the ecosystem. IQVIA is seeking an experienced Director- Data Management, Business Intelligence & Data Solutions to spearhead the development of a high-performing BI team. This role will focus on building and managing a team of data experts to design and implement DataMarts that integrate both structured and unstructured data sources. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering BI solutions, strong leadership capabilities, and familiarity with AI-driven analytics.

• Define and execute the BI roadmap aligned with organizational goals.

• Leverage advanced analytics and AI tools to enhance insights and decision-making.

Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Leadership: Demonstrated success in building and managing BI teams.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and DataMart design.
• Familiarity with AI/ML solutions and their application in BI.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
• Strong understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $110,200.00 – $307,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
