Our client is seeking an Infor M3 Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of their Infor M3 ERP system. This role will focus on business process analysis, system configuration, troubleshooting, and user support across financials, supply chain, and operational modules.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead or support Infor M3 implementations and upgrades, including system configuration and testing
• Work with business teams to analyze processes and translate requirements into M3 solutions
• Configure M3 modules such as Financials, Inventory, Manufacturing, or Sales based on business needs
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing application support to end users
• Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and configuration guides
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth rollout and adoption of M3 features
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and issue resolution
• Provide guidance on best practices for M3 usage and process optimization
Required Experience
• Proven experience as an Infor M3 Consultant, supporting implementations or upgrades
• Hands-on experience with M3 configuration, workflows, and module setup
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes, particularly in financials, manufacturing, or supply chain
• Experience troubleshooting, supporting end users, and documenting system configurations
• Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams
