This is a hybrid-eligible position, where Monday through Wednesday would be working in one of our offices, with Thursday and Friday eligible for work-from-home days. Office locations include: Monterey (CA), Roseville (CA), Bakersfield (CA), Phoenix (AZ), and Spokane (WA).
Job Overview
The Financial Analyst has a responsibility in supporting the reputed company Manager in meeting departmental goals and objectives and assisting with the development of workflows, policies, procedures, and internal controls reputed company assigned area. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining a reputed company financial model to analyze and evaluate financial and operational performance.
Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company field.
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, capital allocation, corporate finance, or reputed company roles.
Financial & Analytical Skills:
Advanced financial modeling and valuation techniques, including NPV, IRR, and discounted cash reputed company (DCF) analysis.
Strong understanding of capital allocation, corporate finance, and investment appraisal methodologies.
Ability to assess risk-adjusted returns and scenario analysis to support decision-making.
Technical & Tools Proficiency:

Experience with financial planning software, business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and ERP systems.
