QUALIFICATIONS
We’re looking for professionals who:
✔ Have experience in their area of expertise and can demonstrate their work through a portfolio or relevant projects.
✔ Communicate professionally and work well in a remote, collaborative environment.
✔ Have professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken), as our team collaborates primarily in English.
✔ Take ownership of their work, manage deadlines effectively, and pay attention to detail.
✔ Are comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and quality while applying their own critical thinking and expertise.
✔ Have a growth mindset and enjoy learning new technologies, marketing strategies, and industry best practices.
✔ Have a reliable internet connection and are available to collaborate during agreed project timelines.
Preferred (but not required):
• Experience working with U.S.-based businesses or agencies.
• Familiarity with tools relevant to your specialty (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, WordPress, HubSpot, Jobber, or similar platforms).
• Basic conversational Spanish. Fluency is not required.
