Our team at The Depot operates a number of brands which we tour around the UK. The first brand we launched was Bingo Lingo which we’ve operated for over 10 years. Developing the brand to remain current and expanding into locations all over the UK. Our team has grown year on year to manage this growth, allowing us to explore more avenues for the business such as events abroad and launching multiple brands. The brands allow for a lot of freedom & creativity due to the nature of the shows, allowing for an exciting and diverse day to day workload.

The Role

We’re looking for a reliable and creative Freelance Graphic Designer to become an extension of our team. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality creative assets across multiple brands, working closely with our marketing and operations teams to ensure all visual content is on-brand, engaging and delivered on time.

This is an ongoing freelance partnership rather than a one-off project. While workloads will vary throughout the month, we’re looking for someone who is available during standard business hours to respond to requests, collaborate with the team and manage design priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing assets across digital and print.

• Create social media graphics, advertisements and promotional artwork.

• Design event posters, flyers, menus, signage and venue collateral.

• Produce email graphics and website assets.

• Adapt existing creative across multiple formats and platforms.

• Develop branded templates and maintain consistency across all brands.

• Prepare artwork for print where required.

• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign concepts and creative direction.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Organise and maintain design files and brand assets.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality graphic design work.

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign).

• Experience creating both digital and print-ready artwork.

• Strong typography, layout and branding skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently while taking creative direction.

• Strong communication and time management skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Desirable

• Experience within hospitality, events, entertainment or nightlife brands.

• Knowledge of social media best practices and advertising creative.

Working Arrangement

• Freelance, self-employed contract.

• Monthly retainer of £800–£1,000, depending on experience, availability and agreed scope.

• Expected to be operationally available Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm for design requests, communication and project management.

• Workload will vary week to week, with flexibility expected around campaign launches and live events.
