Healthcare Marketing Specialist (Remote)
Pride Health is hiring a Marketing Specialist (Health System Marketing) for one of its clients in Minnesota.
This is a 5-month contract with possible extension, with competitive pay and benefits.
Location – Fully Remote (Minnesota)
Pay range – $30- $33 per hour on W2.
Length of assignment – 5-month contract (possibility to extend)
Shift – M-F – Day 5×8
Job Summary
The Client is seeking a Marketing Specialist to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that support organizational goals. The role partners with marketing leadership to plan, implement, monitor, and optimize campaigns across digital marketing, advertising, content development, and event marketing while managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Job Duties
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns.
• Manage digital marketing, advertising, content, and event initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify market trends, and provide recommendations.
• Conduct competitive research and support data-driven marketing decisions.
• Manage projects from planning through execution while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing, project management, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with marketing automation and advertising channels is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with occasional travel as needed.
