Role Description
This is a remote position. Our client is a boutique, high-end specialist travel agency seeking a data-driven Marketing Manager to lead their brand through an exciting period of growth. They are currently undergoing a full brand refresh, including the launch of a brand-new WordPress website.
Unlike transactional e-commerce platforms, their business thrives on bespoke, high-touch luxury service. This is a “call to book” travel model, which means your primary focus will be understanding, mapping, and optimising a sophisticated customer journey to generate high-quality leads and drive customer lifetime value.
The ideal candidate is less of a pure “creative” marketer and more of an analytical strategist – someone who truly loves, understands, and leverages data to drive decisions.
Key Responsibilities

Website & Rebrand Management
•
Website Launch & Optimization: Oversee the transition to our new WordPress website, ensuring it aligns with our high-end brand identity.

Customer Journey Mapping: Constantly evaluate and optimize the user experience, recognising that the digital journey’s ultimate goal is to drive a phone inquiry (“call to book”).
•
Lead Acquisition & Strategy
•
Multi-Channel Lead Generation: Manage, optimise, and scale our current organic and paid advertising channels to ensure a steady pipeline of high-value leads.

Strategic Partnerships: Explore, develop, and manage strategic B2B partnerships (with a particular focus on collaborating with luxury US companies) to expand our audience reach.

Retention & Loyalty
•
Repeat Custom Strategy: Build and execute strategies aimed at increasing customer lifetime value and fostering repeat bookings.
•
Loyalty Program Development: Conceptualise and potentially launch a dedicated loyalty club tailored to high-net-worth travel clients.
•
Data & Analytics
•
Data-Driven Decision Making: Routinely analyse marketing data, campaign performance, and customer behaviour to refine tactics and prove ROI.
Qualifications
•
Data-First, but Personally Creative: Strong analytical mindset with a preference for performance metrics and conversion data over purely aesthetic design, while also bringing creative flair and innovative ideas.

Proactive Remote Communicator: Exceptional communication skills necessary for a remote role, requiring a deliberate, proactive communication style.
•
Lead Gen & Journey Expert: Understanding of marketing high-ticket, low-volume services that transition into high-touch, offline conversations (“call to book”).
•
Technical Familiarity: Comfortable working within WordPress environments.
•
Industry Experience: Background in the luxury travel sector is highly helpful and a definite plus, but not essential for the right data-savvy marketer.
