Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead UI/UX Designer with 12+ years of experience in designing intuitive, user-centric digital products for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user research, interaction design, visual design, design systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Required Skills
• 12+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or Interaction Design.
• Strong expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) principles, User Interface (UI) design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability best practices.
• Expertise in wireframing, user flows, information architecture, journey mapping, and interactive prototyping.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design improvements.
• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining Design Systems and reusable UI components.
• Strong understanding of Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Experience working with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively communicate design intent is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with enterprise applications in domains such as Finance, Healthcare, Retail, or E-commerce.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles.
• Experience with animation and micro-interactions using tools such as Principle, ProtoPie, or After Effects is a plus.
• Experience mentoring junior designers and leading design reviews.

Mandatory Requirements
• Only candidates with 12+ years of experience will be considered.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise UI/UX projects is mandatory.
• Only H4 EAD, L2S, Green Card (GC), and U.S. Citizens (USC) are eligible.
• W2 candidates only. No C2C, OPT, CPT, or H1B.
• Must be open to relocating anywhere in the United States.
